​ It is a polishing system for the removal of medium and deep defects (P1000-P1200) from painted and gelcoat surfaces. It can be used with both rotary and orbital polishers. Excellent on old, fresh and scratch resistant paints. Great on Ultra High Solid (soft) clear coats. Leaves a brilliant final result without hazes and holograms. 

Where to use 497 Ultra fast cut
 Can be used on all automotive paints such as: traditional clearcoat and low VOC Ultra High Solid, air-drying clearcoat, scratch-resistant clearcoat and all original equipment paints. Perfect as a single pass on gelcoat.

How to use ​497 Ultra fast cut
 WITH ROTARY POLISHER: 
use with 360 FOAMED WOOL PAD or with 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P800-P1200 and finish with 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore the original shine without hazes and holograms. For a perfect single-pass result, use 497 ULTRA FAST CUT with the brown abrasive sponge pad 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD.  

Step 1. For a better abrasive action, use 497 ULTRA FAST CUT with a 360 FOAMED WOOL PAD or with the brown abrasive sponge pad 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD at a speed of 1200-1800 rpm.  
Step 2. For a polishing action without hazes, halos and holograms, use 497 ULTRA FAST CUT with the 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD at a speed of 1200-1800 rpm or with the yellow polishing pad 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD.  

WITH ORBITAL POLISHER: 
Use with 361 WOOL PAD or 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P800-P1200 and finish with 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore the original shine without hazes and holograms. For a perfect single-pass result, use 497 ULTRA FAST CUT with 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD.
