​483 HYPER CUT COMPOUND
It is a polishing system for the removal of medium and deep defects (P600-P800) from painted and gelcoat surfaces. It can be used with both rotary and orbital polishers. Excellent on old, fresh and scratch resistant paints. Great on Ultra High Solid (soft) clear coats. 

WHERE TO USE 483 HYPER CUT COMPOUND
Can be used on all automotive paints such as: traditional clearcoat and low VOC Ultra High Solid, air-drying clearcoat, scratch-resistant clearcoat and all original equipment paints. Perfect as a single pass on gelcoat.

HOW TO USE 483 HYPER CUT

WITH ROTARY POLISHING MACHINE: 
Use 483 HYPER CUT with 360 FOAMED WOOL PAD or with 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P600-P800 and follow with 487 Extreme or 472 HOLOGRAM FREE POLISH with 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore the original shine without hazes and holograms. For a perfect single-pass result, use 497 ULTRA FAST CUT with the brown abrasive sponge pad 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD.
 Step 1. For a better abrasive action, use 483 HYPER CUT with a 360 FOAMED WOOL PAD or with the brown abrasive sponge pad 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD at a speed of 1200-1800 rpm. 
Step 2. For a final polishing action without hazes, halos and holograms, follow with the 472 HOLOGRAM FREE POLISH at a speed of 1200-1800 rpm with 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD.
 
USE WITH ORBITAL POLISHING MACHINE: 
Use 483 HYPER CUT with 361 HYPER CUT WOOL PAD or with 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P800-P1000 and follow with 487 Extreme or 472 HOLOGRAM FREE POLISH with 359 BLACK POLISHING MICROFIBER PAD to restore the original shine without hazes and holograms.
Step 1. Use 483 HYPER CUT with 361 HYPER CUT WOOL PAD (P600) or with 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD (P800) or with 352 BROWN CUT&POLISH FOAM PAD (P1200) for a quick abrasive action. 
Step 2. Follow 483 HYPER CUT with 472 HOLOGRAM FREE POLISH and the 359 BLACK POLISHING MICROFIBER PAD or with the 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore maximum brilliance without hazes and holograms. 

TECHNICAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Do not use too much product.
Do not add water during polishing.
 1 - Apply a small quantity of 483 HYPER CUT on the surface to be treated or on the pad. 
2 - Polish small areas at a time. Polish the surface by applying medium pressure until the defect is completely removed. 
3 - Reduce pressure to restore maximum shine. 
4 - Remove any residues with our ULTRAMICROFIBRA CLOTH. 
5 - For good protection, apply 453 GLOSSY with PTFE or 571. 
6 - For long-term protection (about 12-18 months) apply 463 PAINT SEALANT which resists 150 manual washes with hydrophobic effect.
