​ This paste is used as a first step for removing orange peel and deep defects on both auto paint and gelcoat.Removes scratches (P1200-P1500) from different types of paint and Marine Gelcoat. Can be applied by hand or machine at 1800 RPM max.Easy to use on both fresh and old paint.Use with Lambskin Foamed Wool Pad or Foam pads.  


WHERE TO USE 432 ORANGE PEEL
​ Abrasive paste 432 is designed for the removal of paint defects such as sanding marks, car wash scratches and paint oxidation. It is particularly effective in removing scratches on Gelcoat and correcting orange peel, helping to level the surface and restore a smooth finish. This product is suitable for all types of paint, including acrylics, water-based, high solids, 2-component paints, single-component paints, and the original paints of automotive manufacturers.

HOW TO USE 432 ORANGE PEEL
Preparation. ​ Do not apply excessive product. Swabs do not need to be wetted: they do not require activation with water. 

Application. ​ Use appropriate pads  For best abrasion: Allchem BROWN/YELLOW FOAM PAD or FOAMED WOOL PAD at 1200-1800 RPM. 

For glossy finish: ​ Allchem WHITE FOAM PAD at 1200-1800 RPM.Apply a small amount of 432 EXTRA COARSE CUT to the surface.  Work on small areas at a time for best results.  

Polishing procedure. ​ Polish with medium pressure until defects are removed.  Reduce pressure when pad moves freely to begin polishing action. 

 Finishing. ​ Remove residue with a clean microfiber cloth after polishing.  For dark colors: if necessary, finish with 487UHD Extreme, 487UHD, 472PLUS, 472FAST or 472REGULAR.
