​401 HYPER CUT & POLISH 
 It is a polishing system designed to remove medium and deep defects (P600-P800) from painted surfaces and gelcoat. It can be used with both rotary and orbital polishers. Excellent on old, fresh, and scratch-resistant paints. Outstanding on Ultra High Solid (soft) clear coats. 

WHERE TO USE 401 HYPER CUT & POLISH 
 Can be used on all automotive paints such as: traditional clearcoat and low  V.O.C. Ultra High Solid, air-drying clearcoat, scratch-resistant clearcoat and  all original equipment paints. 

ADVANTAGES 
 DEFINITIVE REMOVAL OF THE DEFECT. 
The product does not mask imperfections, scratches and holograms with cosmetic oils and fillers, but removes  them permanently.

Product studied and developed for a quick and clean action  without adding water. Allows for easy control of defect removal. Reduces  polishing times. No need to use waxes for hologram masking.

HOW TO USE 401 HYPER CUT & POLISH 
 WITH ROTARY POLISHER:  
Use 415 ULTRA FAST CUT & POLISH with 361 FIBER FAST CUT WOOL PAD or 352 GREY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P600-P800 and finish with 352 ORANGE FOAM PAD pad to restore the  original shine without haze and holograms. For a perfect one-step result,  use 401 HYPER CUT & POLISH with the 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD.  

Step 1. 
For a better abrasive action, use 401 HYPER CUT with a 361 FIBER FAST CUT WOOL PAD at a speed of 1200-1800 rpm..  

Step 2. 
For a polishing action without hazes, halos and holograms, use  401 HYPER CUT with the 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD at a speed of 1200- 1800 rpm or with the 352 ORANGE POLISHING FOAM PAD.  

WITH ORBITAL POLISHER:  
Use 401 HYPER CUT with 361 WOOL PAD or with 352 GRAY CUTTING FOAM PAD to remove sanding marks P800-P1000 and finish with 352 ORANGE POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore original shine without hazes and holograms. For a perfect one step result use 401 HYPER CUT with 352 BROWN CUTTING FOAM PAD.  
Step 1. 
Use 401 HYPER CUT with 361 FIBER FAST CUT WOOL PAD (P600) or with 352 GREY CUTTING FOAM PAD (P800) or with 352 BROWN CUT&POLISH FOAM PAD (P1200) for fast abrasive action. 

 Step 2. 
After applying 401 HYPER CUT follow with 472 HOLOGRAM  FREE POLISH and 359 BLACK POLISHING MICROFIBER PAD or 352 YELLOW POLISHING FOAM PAD to restore the maximum gloss Hologram free.  Do not use too much product. 


TECHNICAL NOTES 
 Do not add water when polishing.  

1. Apply a small amount of 401 HYPER CUT on the surface to be treated. Polish small areas at a time.  
2. Polish the surface by applying medium pressure until the defect is completely removed.  
3. Reduce pressure to restore maximum shine.  
4. Remove any residue with our ULTRAMICROFIBRE CLOTH.  
5. For good protection, apply 453 GLOSSY with PTFE or 571 Ceramic Spray Detailer.  
6. For long-lasting protection apply 463 PAINT SEALANT which resists 150  manual washes with a strong hydrophobic effect.
