​VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING is the protective solution against harmful effects such as acid rain, bird droppings, scratches, UV rays and poor washing techniques.  

VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING is safe to use on your car’s bodywork, plastic trim, aluminium, metal and bumpers with a simple, single-step application. 
VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING will provide up to 5 years’ protection when applied in accordance with the technical data sheet. 
 With VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING, treated surfaces develop a superhydrophobic finish, making them easy to clean. Water, mud, dust and dirt simply slide right off.  Your vehicle’s bodywork stays clean and shiny for longer with VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING, just like the day you bought your car.  Unlike other nano-ceramic coatings and paint protection products, VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING crystallises rapidly when applied in thin layers. With a single application, you get two levels of protection. The
top layer ensures a soft feel to the touch and water repellency, whilst the bottom layer hardens very effectively, thus guaranteeing maximum resistance and elasticity, superior to that of other ceramic coatings. When applied correctly, VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING will protect the surface for up to 4 years. It is possible to apply two coats for greater durability. 

KIT CONTENTS 
VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING KIT
(50 ml or 30 ml of 460 G, 10 microfibre cloths for use with the applicator block, 1 applicator block).  

460G APPLICATION 
The surface must be free from dust, dirt, oil or water.
Remove scratches with 487UHD EXTREME and finish with 472 Hologram Free Ultra Fine Polish for a streak-free, mirror-like finish.
Clean the surface with IPA, 461 Primer or 445 Hologram Controller. 
The surface must be free from dust, dirt, oil or water.
Do not apply VIRTUS 460 G NANO PROTECTOR GRAPHENE COATING in direct sunlight.
Treat surfaces no larger than 50x50cm. Within 60–90 seconds, remove the product with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Finish cleaning with a second microfibre cloth to ensure the surface is streak-free. The drying time is 48 hours. An oven or infrared lamps can help speed up the curing process. 

MAINTENANCE
Do not wash the car for 7–10 days after application. Wash the car only with a neutral car shampoo. Do not use a car wash with brushes.
Every 6–8 months, apply 571 Ceramic Spray Detailer to the clean car using a clean microfibre cloth. Immediately remove contaminants such as bird droppings, tree sap, insects, etc. using neutral car shampoo and a microfibre cloth.
